Ralph Lauren has just opened its new private club in Milan, and it offers a luxurious shopping experience to the brand’s most important customers.
The Palazzo Ralph Lauren spans more than 12,000 square feet and is located in a 1941 Rationalist-style building, making it the perfect spot for trunk shows, private events, and craftsmanship demonstrations.
Created to offer a true personal shopping experience, access to the store is available by appointment only. Women’s clothes are housed in wardrobes, just like at home, to make customers feel comfortable and at ease. Customized men’s apparel offers plenty of choices.
Club members also enjoy amenities like priority reservations at Ralph Lauren eateries, special services, and invites to special events.
Clients who were invited to opening night enjoyed high-end eats and priority ordering of the brand’s Spring 2016 runway collection, which was displayed by live models earlier in the day.
