Hollywood veteran Alec Baldwin is on the move. The television and film star—who’s famously threatened to leave the Big Apple for greener pastures—looks like he might be making good on his threat.

Driven to leave because of the aggressive tabloid media, the newly sold condo is just one of several NYC properties owned by Baldwin and his with Hilaria.

Baldwin first purchased the Devonshire House one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment back in 2013 for $2.25 million, but after several months on the market, the home sold at a loss for $2.1 million.

The quaint, 840-square-foot unit was reportedly rarely used by Baldwin, but does feature luxury amenities befit of a celebrity like four-inch oak floors and solid core doors.

Calcutta marble counter tops and heated basked weave-patterned Thassos marble tile floors add to the small apartment’s simple, but lavish feel.
