A New York apartment on Billionaire’s Row is now available to rent for $150,000 a month. The pricy apartment is located on the 65th floor of the One57 skyscraper.
Designed by French architect Christian de Portzamparc, the luxurious building recently garnered attention for the sale of its penthouse apartment, which commanded $100.5 million.
The available apartment spans 4,500 square feet and has three bedrooms. Adjoining marble showers and soaking tubs in each room offer plenty of opportunities for relaxation.
However, floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Central Park and Midtown and a fully equipped kitchen mean the NYC apartment is perfect for entertaining. The new tenant will have to bring their own furniture though, because the apartment comes unfurnished.
The building itself offers several amenities including a swimming pool, full fitness center, yoga studio, 24-hour doorman, concierge service, and a caterer’s kitchen available for entertaining.
