Just a few months after announcing his retirement, Dole Food President & COO Michael Carter has listed his San Juan Island, WA, home for $25 million.

The five-bedroom home nicknamed “Eagle’s Nest” sits on 21 acres and features a 1,000-square-foot guesthouse in addition to the expansive 19,676-square-foot main mansion.
