Just a few months after announcing his retirement, Dole Food President & COO Michael Carter has listed his San Juan Island, WA, home for $25 million.

The five-bedroom home nicknamed “Eagle’s Nest” sits on 21 acres and features a 1,000-square-foot guesthouse in addition to the expansive 19,676-square-foot main mansion.

Carter’s home includes a theater room, guest apartment with its own kitchen and entrance, wine cellar, and a master suite complete with its own private laundry. With a spa and over 4,000 square feet of terraces, there’s plenty of room to kick back and relax.

The stunning property sports even more beautiful views of the Cascade mountain range, Mt. Baker, Vancouver, the San Juan channel, Deer Harbor, and frequent eagle and whale sightings.

The former Dole executive will retire to his Sherwood Country Club estate in California.
