Sin Automotive’s R1 RS car is set to begin full production. The British boutique car company modeled the new vehicle off their popular R1 track racer. Powered by a Chevrolet V8 engine, this super-fast car will be street legal.
The R1 RS is capable of going from zero to 60 in about 3.5 seconds and is crafted from carbon composite parts for aerodynamic movement. The push rod, double-wishbone suspension with options for regulating road or track mode are included for a smooth, customizable driving experience.
Sin’s new model features a sequential gearbox with paddle shift, but drivers can also opt for a 6-speed, H-pattern gearbox with limited LSD differential and oil cooling. The new car comes complete with air conditioning and power windows, as well as a new central console with custom-made buttons for Apple and Android integration.
Recaro sport seats and a new exhaust system complete the vehicle which will make an appearance at the IAA Frankfurt Fair in September.
