It’s been a busy few weeks for presidential hopefuls, and we don’t mean politically. Just a few weeks after Donald Trump’s recent penthouse sale, Mike Huckabee has now listed his Arkansas home.

Interestingly enough, both politicians had been trying to sell their houses for nearly two years. Trump was able to sell his Manhattan penthouse after a price reduction, and now Huckabee is hoping to do the same.

Huckabee purchased the Little Rock home for $525,000 in 2006, and then listed it at $850,000 back in 2013. Now the Arkansas property is on the market for a much lower price tag of $674,900.

The 5-bedroom, 6-bath home spans 6,473 square feet and has several updated features. The master suite received a major revamp with a walk-in, multiple-head shower and two spacious closets. The backyard is perfect for entertainment with a deck, covered patio, and saltwater pool.
