Oscar-nominated actress Salma Hayek is venturing into the rental business, as many A-list celebrities are these days. The star’s fully furnished LA ranch-style home is available to rent for $9,750 a month. Although Hayek has owned the 0.58-acre property since 1996, this is the first time she’s offered the home as a rental.

The 2,874-square-foot home has four bedrooms and three baths. A large, connected living and dining room features wood floors, flat ceilings, and a raised hearth fireplace perfect for a lazy evening by the fire. Hayek’s home also comes complete with vaulted and beamed ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, gardens, and a swimming pool.

Although the home is moderately sized, there’s plenty of space for entertainment and relaxation. The Mexican paver-tiled breakfast nook and kitchen is perfect for a late-morning meal with family, and the tiled terrace leading to an elevated sun deck with canyon/city views is the perfect spot to soak up some sun.

Since the actress originally paid $537,500 for the home, she’s set to make quite a profit. Hayek and her husband also own a Bel Air mansion, which they purchased from fellow star Kelsey Grammer.
