Innovative bicycle maker Specialized has set out to develop the fastest bike in the world, and they may have done exactly that. Their new S-Works Venge ViAS Di2 features a Rider-First Engineered frame for high-performance aerodynamics and consistent performance regardless of rider size. Even the wheels are optimized for speed with tubeless-ready rims for better traction, minimized rolling resistance, and aerodynamic flow.

Specialized built their own wind tunnel to help in the testing process of the new bike. They put in more than 1,000 hours of work in the tunnel to finalize the new design which features a fully integrated proprietary brake system. The system is specifically placed to reduce brake rub and drag.

S-Works Venge ViAS Di2’s handlebar design has been optimized too to assist in balance and aerodynamic profile. The new line of bikes were seen in this year’s Tour de France.
