Julia Roberts has listed one of her New York City apartments just a few months after putting her Hawaiian property on the market.
The 2,000-square-foot apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main living area is open and spacious, and the library opens up to a large, breezy terrace. The Greenwich Village apartment also features a wood-burning fireplace, making it perfect for guests and entertaining.
Roberts originally paid $3.895 million for the spot in 2010 and is reportedly selling it because she’s been spending more time in California. The movie star and her husband Daniel Moder also own several other properties.
The Hamptons-style NYC pad is on the market for $4.5 million.
