Hollywood producer Steven Bochco is selling his Hawaii home. The “Doogie Howser, M.D.” creator’s Kamuela, Hawaii, home is the second multimillion-dollar property he’s listed this year. A few months ago he sold his Mid-Century Modern classic Encino, Calif., home for $5 million.

Located within “The Bluffs” at Mauna Kea Resort, the Hawaiian estate is designed like a Polynesian village with several separate structures. Each area has its own designated purpose and is framed by the property’s pool. The entire home spans 1.62 acres of lush property and offers incredible ocean views.

Originally built in 2003, the unique house features stone pathways that connect one area to another. A small bridge leads the way to the master bedroom. Many of the structured rooms were also built with retractable wooden doors that span the wall’s length to offer sweeping views.

The unique house is listed for $23 million.
