Film producer Nile Niami is building what will be one of the biggest homes in the United States.

“The house will have almost every amenity available in the world,” Niami said. “The asking price will be $500 million.” The buyer will have famous neighbors such as Jennifer Aniston and Elon Musk.

The estate will comprise a 74,000-square-foot main house and three smaller houses. The total living space is expected to be over 100,000 square feet. The master bedroom alone will be 5,000 square feet. There will also be a “Monaco-style” casino and a 30-car garage on the compound.

Niami has four acres to build on that are nestled on a hilltop. The property will offer views of the ocean, Beverly Hills, and downtown Los Angeles.

The plan also includes four swimming pools, one of which will be a 180-foot infinity pool, in addition to a large movie theater and a nightclub.

The project is still ongoing. It is expected to take 20 months to complete.
