Mansory has revealed a few details regarding the tuned version of the Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe they are calling the Diamond Edition.
The biggest modification took place under the hood. The S63’s already-powerful 5.5-liter V8 engine has been completely rebuilt with new connecting rods, bearings, and crankshaft to pump out 985 HP. It will go 0-62 MPH in just 3.2 seconds and is electronically limited to 186 MPH for safety reasons.
The exterior also got a fair share of upgrades, from the new and deeper front bumper to the motorsport-inspired ducts on the hood. The fenders are now made of carbon fiber. The vehicle also gets a new set of 22-inch alloy wheels. Mansory has replaced the Mercedes emblem with their own.
The interior gets aluminum pedals, a Mansory steering wheel, and new leather upholstery. Buyers are also given the option to customize every aspect of the Diamond Edition’s interior.
Mansory has yet to reveal pricing details. The stock S63 AMG starts at $160,000, so you can expect the Diamond Edition to be priced significantly higher that that.
