Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are selling their New Orleans home in the French Quarter with an asking price of $6.5 million. If you want to see the inside of the home you’ll need to be serious about purchasing it, as the listing doesn’t contain any photos of the interior, and prospective buyers won’t be allowed to take any.
We do know that the mystery interior has 7,645 square feet of living space with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two half-baths. It is also said in the listing that the interior has a “grand” spiral staircase, marble mantles, and an elevator so you don’t have to exhaust yourself on the spiral staircase.
As far as the exterior, you can see plenty of it from the curb, with the balcony overlooking the French Quarter, however, the back courtyard is very private. It has a pool and a two-story guesthouse. Also on the property site is a two-car garage.
Pitt and Jolie have become fixtures in the New Orleans community, but a representative for the couple said they would not be out of New Orleans for long.
“Brad and Angelina will look for another home off the beaten path down the road,” the representative said. “They remain committed to, and infatuated as ever with, the city of New Orleans and will continue to focus on growth in the Lower 9th through the Make It Right foundation.”
Pitt and Jolie originally purchased the home back in 2007 for $3.5 million.
