U.S. Senator and recently-announced presidential candidate Marco Rubio is selling his Tallahassee, Fla., home.
The home has 1,228 square feet of living space. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family room, dining room, open kitchen, a large deck, and is conveniently located about five minutes away from the state congressional building.
Rubio purchased the home back in 2005. He is now selling it for $125,000—$10,000 less than what he originally paid for it.
Why is it so cheap? The home site has garnered a pretty poor reputation since it’s in an area that is prone to flooding. Rubio also purchased the home with David Rivera, who is currently dealing with a campaign finance scandal at the moment. The home was also in foreclosure for a bit after Rubio embarrassingly missed some mortgage payments. The home is paid up now.
