The 20 Princess Isle is a Bahamas estate originally listed for $13.8 million. It is now heading to the auction block without reserve. The auction date is May 14, 2015.

“The vision was to create a fantasy home, not simply a beach house, which is exactly what we did,” David T. Kollat, former Executive Vice President of Marketing of L Brands and President of Victoria’s Secret Catalogue and seller of the home, said. “In the fashion business, the primary focus is always on design and attention to detail. Here, we created not only a beautiful home, but a relaxed and quiet place where one could reflect and create. I always loved its tranquility, serenity and solace.”

The six-bedroom home comes fully furnished with Ralph Lauren Furniture, a collection of art (including pieces by Picasso, Andy Warhol, and more), a Brunswick billiards table, a Baldwin baby grand piano, and more. The house also has a handful of fireplaces.

“Having been in at least a thousand luxury homes around the world as a part of my job, I can truly say that this particular house stands out as one of my all time favorites,” Mike Russo, Vice President of Business Development for Concierge Auctions, said. “The inspiration stemming from Mizner’s Palm Beach design is evident from the moment you walk in the front door. There is not one spot in the home where you couldn’t imagine spending time relaxing or with family and friends, living out your oceanfront dreams.”

The house sits on a .28-acre lot that includes a boathouse, landscaping features such has 16 Cuban palm trees, a private terrace, and a spa crafted from white Carrera marble. The large heated lip pool also adds a lot of luxury to the property. The architecture of the home is a throwback to 1920s Mediterranean and Spanish-style colonial homes.
