Academy Award-winning composer and rock star Trent Reznor is selling his Beverly Crest, Calif., home.
Featuring mid-century architecture with oasis views, the home is also private, set off the road and protected by a gate.
The 4,300-square foot home has five bedroom and four bathrooms, a large kitchen, recording studio, double-high ceilings in the living room, and a master suite with a uniquely lit stone wall and private balcony.
Other amenities include a spa-like bathroom, dark hardwood flooring, an infinity edge pool, and views of the city lights and canyon. The home has a beautiful neutral palette, and strangely enough, a coffin-shaped dancefloor.
Reznor bought the home back in 2007 for $4.1875 million and is currently listing it for $4.495 million.
Reznor won an Oscar for the soundtrack of the The Social Network. He is also known for his role in creating the music behind industrial-metal band Nine Inch Nails. Reznor is currently working as Beats Electronics Chief Creative Officer as the company prepares for its relaunch.
