Comedian and ventriloquist Jeff Dunham is one of the most successful comedy acts in recent memory and he has the mansion to prove it. He is trying to sell it, in fact, so he recently lowered the price on the Del Mar, CA, estate.

Originally listed for $8.75 million back in 2011, the 7,000-square-foot home has had its price tag slashed to $7,495,000.
