There is also plenty of space for leisure, as well as a home office and two-story library. For dining, there is a gourmet kitchen and a formal dining room.

The home sits on 5.5 acres that include a pool, tennis courts, and 450 feet of ocean property. There is also a fountain, central courtyard, and numerous gardens on the grounds.

Nixon bought the home in 1969 for $1.4 million. The home was originally built in the 1920s. It is offered for sale by Gavin Herbert, founder and CEO of Allergan.
