Billionaire businessman Bill Koch has increased the asking price of his Aspen compound to $100 million. (Yes, he’s the brother of those two Koch brothers you’re thinking of.)

The property has a main lodge that has 14,987 square feet of living space in addition to numerous cabins ranging in size from 2,917 to 5,749 square feet in size. In all, the property has 28 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms, and sits on 82.6 acres.

Koch originally listed the Elk Mountain Lodge last year for $89.9 million. He has since added three parcels of land to the estate and bumped up the asking price to $100 million. This makes the property the most expensive listing in Colorado and among the most expensive in the US.

Among the other highlights are a full-size indoor basketball court, walk-in wine room, movie theater, several ponds stocked with trout, a variety of hot tubs sprinkled throughout the property, and a fitness room.
