Dallas businessman and former owner of the Texas Rangers baseball team Tom Hicks has cut the asking price of his estate from $135 million down to $98 million. Notably, the home is located next door to President George W. Bush.

The palatial estate features a main house, guest house, and a separate recreation center.

The main house has 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms with a total of 27,092-square feet of living space. Other amenities of the main house include a wine table capable of storing 500 bottles, a conservatory, full basement, and a seven-car garage.

The guest house is 3,347 square feet, while the recreation building is 4,836 square feet.

The home dates back to 1938 when it was built for Pio Crespi, an Italian count. Hicks bought the estate 16 years ago.

Even with the price cut, the home is still the most expensive in the Dallas area, and one of the most expensive in the country.
