Matthew “Chandler from Friends” Perry has sold his Malibu home for the $12.5 million asking price.

Over the last few years, Perry had used the home as a sober living facility. It is reported that he will be moving the facility to Studio City.

The house is a “smart home” with automation features such as voice control and thermostat preference memory. The home also has two gorgeous fireplaces and a media room.

Perry originally purchased the home back in 2005 for $6.55 million.
