The Vertu Aster Diamonds Red Alligator is the latest smartphone from Vertu and it carries a $12,500 price tag.

The phone stays true to its name and is adorned with 55 white diamonds and the back of the phone is covered in European red-dyed alligator leather. The rest of the case is stainless steel and high-grade titanium.

The phone is not all looks and no bite, however. In the spec department it has a Snapdragon quad-core processor, a HD 4.7-inch display, 64 GBs of internal memory, and Dolby Plus speakers. A 13 megapixel camera and a 2.1 megapixel front-facing camera round out the specs. It runs on Android Kit Kat.

In addition to the phone’s luxurious exterior and powerful specs, it will also come with its own Concierge service and other services for an introductory period.
