Comic book mogul Stan Lee is selling a Los Angeles property he owns for $3.75 million. Recent reports have suggested that he’s selling his home—this is false. Said Lee on the matter, “I’m not selling my house. It’s just a piece of property we own. We tore it down, we were gonna rebuild and we decided to sell it instead, so it’s just a hunk of property that’s for sale.”

Lee’s 2,500-square-feet property takes a minimalist approach to design, with 11 rooms in total (including four bedrooms), but on the exterior you will find a luxurious pool surrounded by palm trees.

The home is located just a short distance from Sunset Boulevard in the exclusive Bird Streets neighborhood. The neighborhood is home to other celebrities such as Leonardo DiCaprio.
