Jimmy Buffett, famed singer and owner of the Margaritaville Café restaurant chain, and perhaps simply best known for his hit song “Margaritaville,” just purchased a 4,300 square foot home in Beverly Hills.

The house has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a salt water pool and spa, patio with a bar, and a sprawling open floor plan. The architecture could be described as modern and features large floor to ceiling windows throughout.

The home was originally built in 1963. Buffett purchased the estate for $8.25 million.
