Not to be outdone by LG or Sony, Motorola unveiled a smartwatch late last month called the Moto 360.  The Motorola Moto 360 takes its design cues from traditional timepieces to create an inconspicuous yet sleek smartwatch.

The watch is powered by Android and features a high-resolution screen that usually displays the face of a typical wristwatch.  However, when you touch the screen it becomes just as vivid and versatile as your smartphone.

The watch is integrated with Google Now, which allows wearers to simply say “Ok Google” to access the weather, sports scores, email, or book a flight hands free.

Motorola says the watch will be made from “premium materials.” When the watch launches it will be available in a variety of styles. You will even be able to choose between a leather or metallic band.

The Motorola Moto 360 is scheduled to launch sometime in the summer.  There are still a lot of mysteries surrounding this watch like pricing details, battery life expectancy, and a firm release date.  We are expecting to know more in June as Google and Motorola ramp up their summer marketing campaign.
