Samsung has unveiled its latest innovations for home entertainment—the Premiere 7 and Premiere 9 ultra short throw projectors. Promising a premium cinematic experience without the hassle of a traditional projector setup, these sleek devices aim to transform living spaces into private theaters.
First teased at CES 2022, the Premiere projectors leverage single- or triple-laser technology to deliver stunning 4K resolution and heightened color accuracy. Vibrant images up to 130 inches are enhanced by AI capabilities like 4K upscaling and adaptive picture correction. Built-in speakers immerse viewers with Dolby Atmos sound, completing the theater effect without additional equipment.
Beyond best-in-class visuals and audio, the projectors run Tizen OS for seamless streaming and connectivity. Users can access services like Netflix and YouTube or play over 3,000 games through the new Gaming Hub without a console. Voice control and integration with SmartThings smart home products further simplify operation.
Samsung’s Premiere lineup has earned praise since its 2020 introduction for revamping the home cinema. This latest release builds on that foundation with upgraded performance and convenience.
The Premiere 7 and Premiere 9 are priced at $5,999.99 and $2,999.99, respectively.
