The legendary Aston Martin Vanquish nameplate has returned in spectacular fashion with the reveal of the 2025 model year at the Geneva Motor Show. Serving as Aston Martin’s new flagship grand tourer, the Vanquish ushers in a new era of performance and luxury for the storied British automaker.
Powered by an all-new twin-turbo 5.2L V12 producing a colossal 835 horsepower, the Vanquish boasts a top speed of 214 mph, the highest of any production Aston Martin to date. The new powertrain is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and features cylinder deactivation technology, allowing it to meet the latest emissions standards while delivering on Aston Martin’s promise of monumental power.
Visually, the new Vanquish retains the elegant yet aggressive styling that has defined Aston Martin’s flagship models through the years. Design cues include a long, sculpted hood, teardrop profile, and pronounced rear haunches culminating in a dramatic Kammback tail. Inside, the Vanquish pampers driver and passenger with sumptuous leather, real metal trim, and the latest technology.
Production of the 2025 Vanquish will be limited to under 1,000 units per year, ensuring its exclusivity. The first deliveries to eagerly awaiting customers are slated for Q4 2024. Though official pricing has yet to be announced, expect the Vanquish to command a premium over the outgoing DBS flagship. But that should be no matter; if the reception at Geneva is any indication, the iconic Vanquish name still carries significant clout.
