Like a stallion unleashed from its stable, Ford is galloping into the electric bicycle market with two new models evoking the spirit of its famed Mustang and Bronco. Joining forces with cycling innovator N+, Ford aims to capture the thrill of its iconic vehicles in pedal-powered form.
These mechanical steeds fuse the raw power of their four-wheeled muses with eco-friendly propulsion. Drawing from the Bronco’s adventurous ethos, the Bronco eBike packs a 750-watt motor generating 85 Nm of torque—enough oomph to summit rocky trails with aplomb. Its dual suspension system and Pirelli Scorpion tires conquer all terrains, while motorcycle-style seat and handlebar LCD readout stoke style and control.
Meanwhile, the Mustang-inspired models—including a limited 60th Anniversary Edition—offer speed and handling akin to the legendary sports car. With 750 watts of power, semi-slick Pirelli tires and an LCD “instrument panel,” they allow adrenaline junkies to chase that open-road high.
The Mustang and Bronco eBikes start at $4,000 and $4,500, respectively.
