The latest collection from Bugatti Home, revealed amidst Milan’s bustling Design Week, marks a new evolution in the brand’s cultured aesthetic. Displayed within the hallowed Palazzo Chiesa, the 2024 designs exude a meticulous dedication to craft and refinement honed over Bugatti’s century-long automotive legacy.

Stepping into the 19th-century palazzo’s gallery, guests traverse a corridor of technical materials that morph seamlessly from Bugatti’s iconic Mistral roadster into the contemporary Bugatti Home vision. The new collection inhabits both the lush gardens and an installation inspired by Ettore Bugatti’s original glass Orangerie, celebrating the unique artistry of the hypercar shapes that have defined the brand. Sandblasted aluminum and open-pore oak juxtapose in a study of innate material purity, echoing the authentic use of titanium, carbon fiber and leather across Bugatti’s bespoke automobiles.

The 2024 Collection itself remains devoted to exclusively premium elements like European oak, glass, metal and metallic lacquer. The interplay between solid and transparent materials creates an intriguing study in contrasts. Large glass sections evoke an airy lightness and minimalism, balanced by the solid industrial touches recalling Bugatti’s famous “C-line.” Opulent cashmere, wool, silk and leather textiles further enhance the materiality.

The new modular Type_1 seating translates the C-line into an undulating form, leather body contrasting the plush interior. And the Type_4 dining table sees glass layered between aluminum legs in a framework that exposes the purity within. Each piece revels in the beauty of its own construction and the marriage of unlikely elements—much like a Bugatti itself.

A collection where style and substance hold equal footing, continuing Bugatti’s rich heritage through a contemporary lens. Here, materials and shapes become an ode to sophisticated craftsmanship and the singular Bugatti aesthetic.
