Lionel Messi relisted his residence in Sunny Isles Beach’s Porsche Design Tower this summer. The World Cup champ hasn’t altered his asking price for the exclusive spot in Porsche-o-phile central, however, and the listing stands at $7.75 million.
For the benefit of the uninitiated, Porsche Design Tower residences commonly feature a ‘Dezervator’: an elevator that transfers one’s sports model into a glass case within the condo, making it the optional centerpiece of the décor. Messi’s unit has such an amenity, of course. It also has three bedrooms and five baths to its credit, and 3,130 sq. ft. of interiors to boot.
The unit’s shared spaces begin and end with a double-height great room with an upper-level overlook. Graced by two stories of glass overlooking the beach setting, the room is both contemporary and liberating, and features a wet bar.
Roaming into the building at large, residents may take advantage of a wide range of amenities, including a car simulator and service for poolside and ocean-side recreating.
