Although the visual vibrations of its desert-themed AMG G-Class may still be resonating in the retinae of the tuning-shop groups — and those enamored of layered automotive bling — the German pros recently revealed a new over-the-top treatment.

The foundation for the kit this time is another SUV, the Lamborghini Urus, which by virtue of its brand and flashily angular design language is a top choice for creative revision. In fact, Mansory has already announced a package for the model this year; the transformation is called the Venatus Coupe.

The company’s newest Urus treatment marks the beginning of a Venatus series, although it appears to be a custom-commissioned one-off. It’s gold, or ‘Bronzo Zenus,’ from stem to stern, including the 24-inch wheels, and boasts a power bump which, in characteristic Mansory style, takes the rig’s V8 biturbo to 900 horsepower.

This custom Urus features the Venatus’ host of ornate exterior flourishes that include a complex multi-grille nose with emblem and large intakes and equally detailed rear with triangular exhaust pipe design and finned diffuser. It also features a number of sculpted curves, multi-gable creases, and gill-like louver vents.
