The actors initially listed the 2006-built Tuscan-inspired home with an asking price just shy of $20 million. At present, the seven-bedroom, eleven-bath villa is tagged at $17.995 million.

The house’s amenities list is a long one; topping the list is a lower level entertainment suite with a movie theater, a wet bar, and a gym with a sauna.
