Nashville pop star Tyler Hubbard’s home in Los Angeles is new to the open market this spring, and tagged at $4.995 million. Located in West Hollywood, the 2020-built modern-inspired home contains five bedrooms and six baths across its 4,687 sq. ft. of interior living area, and a series of outdoor and recreational spaces floored in what appears to be redwood.
The two-story house features a lower level dedicated to open-concept living, with natural-toned wide-plank floors throughout; a gem of a staircase — the hardwood steps are either solid blocks or an undetectable facsimile, and it has a landing with floor-to ceiling glass as its midway point — transitions to the bedrooms.
Back below, opposite the primary entryway, is the kitchen: an earthy-but-modern spot with a large waterfall island which is illuminated by a long series of narrow windows below the bank of counter cabinets. A family room with a linear fireplace is its companion, while a Fleetwood installation opens onto the first of two outdoor destinations: a recreation area with a waterfall pool and a covered fireplace living area.
The second is a spacious rooftop deck floored with redwood and outfitted with a fire feature and BBQ. Other amenities include a creative workspace finished with herringbone-pattern hardwood wall covering, and a master suite with a private balcony.
Hubbard released a self-titled debut solo album earlier this year.
