The property contains one bedroom and two baths across its 1,409 sq. ft. of interior living area. Its loft layout includes oversized windows and 12-foot ceilings. It is presently designed in a neutral style, with natural-toned hardwood floors and bright white walls and ceilings.

A bit of color sneaks into the kitchen, where soft blue is used for the cabinetry; however reticent, the dash of cool is welcome in an otherwise white-and-stainless treatment, and it is echoed, as expected, in the master bath.
