The 3.4-acre Beverly Hills hideaway of Academy Award winner Jon Voight is back on the open market. The legendary actor initially listed the property in 2019, when he hoped for an offer in the neighborhood of $20 million. By the autumn of 2020, the little estate was tagged at $14 million. Which brings us up to the present; this holiday season, the residence returns with an asking price of $21 million.
More aggressively marketed as a ‘development opportunity’ this time around, the emphasis is place on the six-parcel composition of the property. The land is strikingly private and verdant, with the property’s residence sitting high on the lot and surveying the local landscape. A steep staircase descends to the valley, where a pool resides amid a large buffer zone.
The house is an unassuming structure with four bedrooms and four baths. A hillside build, it blossoms in back, where upper-level terraces overlook the mountain views. It was built in the late 1950s, and spans about 3,500 sq. ft.
Voight’s upcoming films include Reagan, with Dennis Quaid and Mena Suvari, and Megalopolis, with Adam Driver, Forest Whitaker, Laurence Fishburne, Aubrey Plaza, Shia LaBeouf, Grace VanderWaal, Dustin Hoffman, and Giancarlo Esposito.
