In the fall of last year, late-night talk-show legend Arsenio Hall closed on this recent in build in Tarzana. The seller was actor and NCIS cast member Sean Murray, who picked it up only months before and performed a prestidigitation-like quick flip supreme by handing it off to Hall for a small markup a season later.

It turns out that Hall, too, is selling the home in short order, although his tenure of ownership will be significantly longer than Murray’s if it doesn’t spend an inordinate amount of time on the market. The property recently returned to the open market tagged at $5.295 million, which is essentially a break-even ask for him.

The house dates to 2019.
