European Wax Center co-founder Josh Coba and his wife Jenni listed their 15,000 sq. ft. condo in South Florida recently. The property, one of the residential crown jewels of Sunny Isles resort complex Acqualina, is up for sale at $85 million.
The unit — which has been titled Casa di Coba — contains seven bedrooms and ten baths across its four levels of interiors. The lavish living style is enhanced by the condo’s flashy presentation, which includes a grand graduated crystal chandelier in the stairwell, multiple fireplaces, custom millwork, ornamental ceilings, backlit recessed built-in shelving, and marble and white oak plank floors throughout.
The residence’s list of specialized rooms includes a formal dining room with a fireplace and a multi-component chandelier. The master suite features panoramic wall covering, a crystal chandelier, and a broad, multi-pane floor-to-ceiling window with ocean views. The dressing room and closet space, a little labyrinth all its own, includes lighted display shelving, a seemingly endless series of drawers and wardrobes, and carpeting that reprises the bedroom’s wall covering, a nice touch for a cohesive look.
The Acqualina’s amenities list is a long one, and includes a tea room, a cigar lounge, and a 5.6-acre outdoor recreational area with curated gardens, multiple zero-edge pools, a beachfront restaurant and bar, a basketball court, a FlowRider surf pool and lobbies designed by Karl Lagerfeld.
