If you have a hankering for Porsche history and a love of the classics, you’re in luck. The 2023 911 Carrera T, which starts at $116,600 before fees, comes standard with a seven-speed manual gearbox and no rear seat, and has its name emblazoned on the doors.

The model’s precursor is the 1968 911 T, a touring version of the 911. The 2023 update includes goodies like PASM — that’s Porsche’s Active Suspension Management system, with an attendant 10 mm ride height reduction for the 2023 Carrera T — and the model comes outfitted with Porsche’s six-cylinder biturbo, which produces 379 horsepower and 331 pound-feet of torque in this case. Porsche’s Sport Chrono package is also standard, as are Porsche’s Sport Exhaust System, four-way Sport Seats Plus, and GT Sport wheel.

An eight-speed PDK transmission is optional; for that matter, so is a rear seat (both at no cost, Porsche assures). The PDK shaves half a second off the manual’s 0-60 time of 4.3 seconds.
