It’s been seven years since Arch Motorcycle gave the world a look at its first model. For 2023, the company has a new, performance model to entice the well-heeled two-wheeler.

Arch, a company co-founded by avid motorcyclist and green-minded adventurer Keanu Reeves, seeks to inject the hand-made, artisanal ethic back into ’cycle-building, and its models show off a rare degree of craftsmanship while neatly balancing the traditional and contemporary in form. They’re priced accordingly, of course; the KRGT-1, Arch’s first model, appeared as an $80K luxury item.

The 1s ups the ante across the board — including price, as it is tagged at $128K. It features a racer-inspired design sensibility, top-notch componentry from companies like Bosch, and of course the same hand-made aesthetic: the wheels, frame and custom-designed 2L V-twin motor are custom-fabricated from billet aluminum, carbon fiber, or both.
