The Mississippi residence of NFL champ Eli Manning is back on the open market this autumn. If public records are correct, the retired quarterback has had the property up for sale since 2019. He’s sticking to his guns price-wise; then, as now, the 2009-built home in Yoknapatawpha is tagged at $3.9 million.

The farmhouse-style measures in at 7,450 sq. ft. It’s located in the Old Country Club neighborhood, on 1.7 sylvan acres that primarily given over to a carpet of tree-dotted groomed lawn. Its more salient architectural feature is the broad wraparound porch, an expression of Southern largesse.

In and around the home, amenities include a gym, a pool and spa with rustic pool house, a formal dining room, and a screened back porch with a red brick fireplace. Details include beamed ceilings, reclaimed timber, and plank floors.

Numbering among Manning’s other real estate ventures of the past few years: the sale of his home in New Jersey, which appeared on the open market in the summer of 2020 priced at $5.3 million.
