The Manhattan residence of Loveline lovelorn advisor Dr. Drew Pinsky is back up for sale late this year. The 1,089 sq. ft. property popped up on the open market on the first day of autumn with an asking price of $1.59 million. It is located in an Upper West Side condominium building that dates to 1986.
According to public records, Pinsky and his wife Susan purchased the condo in 2013. They had it up for sale in 2019 with a $1.9 million ask.
The two-and-two condo begins with a kitchen off the foyer; the cozy galley style is opened up nicely by virtue of natural-toned cabinetry with plain stainless fixtures, and is finished with a mosaic wall as a dash of ornament. The living room sports corner glass, and is separated from the master by way of a guest room in the center of the layout that could easily be converted to a library or creative workspace for a top-notch young professional’s pad.
The residence has been treated to a full tech suite. The list includes a Crestron system, smart features, Apple TV, Sonos, and Nest connectivity.
