The 1,089 sq. ft. property popped up on the open market on the first day of autumn with an asking price of $1.59 million. It is located in an Upper West Side condominium building that dates to 1986.

According to public records, Pinsky and his wife Susan purchased the condo in 2013. They had it up for sale in 2019 with a $1.9 million ask.
