NFL tight end David Njoku, who re-signed with the Cleveland Browns earlier this year for $57 million, is selling his retreat in Miami. The house hit the open market with a $3.3 million asking price at the end of August.
The 4,771 sq. ft. modern is situated in the Sky Lake community. The exterior of the six-bedroom is uniformly white, establishing a visual contrast between the residence and the intense green of its surroundings.
Inside the home the uniformly bright treatment continues, with glossy limestone tile and hardwood plank floors, vaulted ceilings, recessed light fixtures, clerestory windows, and sliding glass doors. The master bedroom features a private balcony, and a companion bathroom with a spa tub.
Njoku got his start in the sport playing for the University of Miami. He has played for the Cleveland Browns since going pro in 2017.
