Although he’s mostly been updating his portfolio of West Coast properties recently, Jonah Hill made sure to take care of unfinished business in Manhattan where he had a condo for sale. Having owned the unit in the NoHo district since 2015, the actor and writer put it up for sale late this past winter, tagging it at $11 million. A buyer came along in July who found it spoke to him — and convinced him to offer $10.6 million for it. Done and done.

The unit is in a building which, in a former life, was home to a lithographic printing house. The interiors measure in at 3,280 sq. ft. More remarkable details of the unit include the ceilings: scalloped and red brick throughout. Oversized windows and wide-plank hardwood floors also help define the living style. The kitchen is a remarkable space, U-shaped with a center island, with a bank of floor-to-ceiling cabinetry on one side and a line of glass-paned doors on the other.

Hill’s West Coast real estate activities of the recent past include a pair of Malibu Colony properties. One was acquired by the irony-minded fellow for $9 million in the spring of last year; renovations conducted, it was back on the market in July of this year with a $15 million asking price. The other home, a 3,100 sq. ft. beachfront dating to 1941, required Hill to plunk down $15.5 million at the closing. Additionally, Hill sold his Monterey Colonial in Santa Monica last summer, sending it off for $7.2 million.

Hill stars in the upcoming comedy You People, with Eddie Murphy, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Mike Epps, Deon Cole, Rhea Perlman, and David Duchovny. He’s also credited as a writer and producer.
