A Gulf-side Florida high-rise condo owned by pop star Britney Spears appeared on the open market recently. The penthouse property, located on an upper floor of a building in Destin, is currently asking $2 million on the nose. According to public records, she has owned it for over two decades, having closed on it on New Year’s Eve, 2001.

The unit contains three bedrooms and four baths in its 3,648 sq. ft. of interior living space. It begins with a marble-floored foyer, ultimately progressing to a large, carpeted, and very open living area with floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the beach. Mirrored accents can be spotted; the support posts are finished with mirrored panels, and there are similarly reflective installations behind the little wet bar and completing the partial in the living room. Other touches in this destination space include a wood-burning fireplace.

The residence’s balconies look particularly welcoming. The building, Regency Towers, features a club house, sports courts, private beach, game room, and fitness center.

Spears’ other properties include the home in Calabasas she purchased earlier this year for $11.8 million.

Spears has sold some 200 million records worldwide. She has released nine studio albums, six of which topped the Billboard 200 chart.
