While Palazzo di Amore, Jeff Greene’s oversized Los Angeles estate, recently entered the rental market at $295K per month in lieu of a sale at $130 million, a pair of Palm Beach area properties owned by the real estate developer has hit the open market in Florida. The properties are being offered as one opportunity, which comes with an asking price of $49.9 million.
The adjacent properties are located in Manaplan. Both are water-to-water, and collectively the two lots lay claim to about 235 feet of Atlantic frontage and around another 250 feet lakeside. The pair form a single, roughly three-acre estate. Listing information indicates that the interior living area represented by the sale comes to 11, 028 sq. ft. However, because the property is being marketed as a blank canvas, images of living spaces are not presently available.
As for Palazzo di Amore, well, that property — which encompasses twenty-five acres in Beverly Hills — has been for sale since 2014, when it asked nearly $200 million. The villa and companion guest house contain twelve bedrooms and twenty-three baths in all, while the estate’s list of unusual diversions include a vineyard, tennis court, Hammam, ballroom with rotating dance floor, and one of the larger home theaters we’ve seen.
Greene’s net worth is north of $7 billion.
