Golden Concept, a tech accessory firm based in Sweden, has a solution for the smartwatch drabs: a case that surrounds the digitized data in diamonds.
The young company makes several options for candy coating an Apple, starting with the $1,100 Titan, which is crafted with titanium and can be ordered in rose gold or platinum tones. It comes with a rubber strap fixed with a deployant buckle.
On the other end of the spectrum is the carat-heavy model, which is tagged at $15,000 and called the Golden Concept Diamond Edition. This case also features titanium in its build: the 44mm case is crafted from a single block of the superlight, super-strong material. But it’s the glitter of the 443 diamonds that draws the eye.
The Diamond Edition’s strap is Fluoroelastomer, a synthetic rubber that can withstand just about anything you can throw at it, and the whole thing is water-resistant.
