OneRepublic singer Ryan Tedder put his heavily renovated modern in Beverly Hills up for sale this summer with a $16.495 million asking price, according to Dirt. The midcentury residence contains six bedrooms and six baths across 5,395 sq. ft. of interior living space, and opens broadly and at intervals onto a semi-courtyard pool area.
The house sits on a .47-acre slab of Trousdale Estates. Ingress is rather auspicious: a conspicuous double-door portal in the midst of a temple-like front entry. The design scheme that now defines the interiors uses an abundance of warm material, including white pine posts. A gym, sauna, and outdoor kitchen top the list of amenities.
Tedder’s other real estate adventures include another Trousdale property: a 5,385 sq. ft. five-bedroom acquired in 2013 and passed on to a new owner in 2017. Tedder paid $7.5 million for it, and collected $11.6 million from Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber for it four years later.
OneRepublic’s most recent studio effort is 2021’s Human. An upcoming album is reportedly in the works.
