Former Devil Bobby Holik listed his alpine retreat in Wyoming this summer. The triple hat tricker is asking $22 million for the 2004-built lodge-style ranch, which contains three bedrooms across 5,916 sq. ft. of interiors, and sits on a rich privacy buffer of 25 acres outside Jackson Hole.
The property is within the Dairy Ranches community. It’s a hobbyist farm and a turnkey business, and features a full suite of utilitarian outbuildings for the pursuit, including a barn with stalls for seven horses and a tack room, as well as a shop and an office. Eight paddocks dot the property amid the residences — there’s a 1,000 sq. ft. two-and-two guest house on the ranch — and there is a riding arena.
The interiors of the main house keep to the log lodge style, with stone fireplaces and walls of windows for taking in the dramatic Rocky Mountain views. Its large stone patio overlooks acres of lawns, a carpet of seasonal green stretching away to the peaks in the distance.
