Television personality Kyle Richards  listed her Aspen getaway this spring with an asking price of $9.75 million. If it sells this year, the property will be the second the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has shucked in 2022; in January, she handed over the keys to her 1972-built traditional in Bel Air in exchange for $6.1 million.

The 1979-build four-bedroom Aspen residence spans 2,426 sq. ft., and features a chalet-inspired exterior flush with stacked stone. Inside, the rusticity evident in the home’s exterior design is amplified considerably, with river stone a-plenty, log posts and beams, and even an antler chandelier or two. The farmhouse kitchen features an island with a slab stone cap.

In the master bedroom, a river stone fireplace with a raised hearth and a bit of reclaimed timber decoration mingle; French doors open to a private balcony, one of two in the home, overlooking the tree-dotted neighborhood. A deck with a spa and fire pit provides options for warmer weather.
