Actors Diane Kruger and Norman Reedus have listed their residence in Manhattan for sale this spring. The couple is asking $12.5 million for the townhouse, a four-bedroom, four-bath home in the city’s West Village neighborhood.

The residence, which listing information dates to 1910 but may be significantly older, offers 3,850 sq. ft. of interior living area across four levels. The property’s landscaped roof terrace figuratively makes it a five-story home, adding 1,000 sq. ft. to the home’s total. There is a basement level as well, but it has not been finished for living.

Details at work in this house include wide-plank pine floors — they appear to be original — as well as a series of wood-burning fireplaces and gray-scale toning. The home’s layout distributes the bedrooms across three levels; two on the first floor and one on the third, while the fourth floor is dedicated to the master suite.

The residence also features a library and a vestibule. The primary living area is located on the second floor, where the kitchen is located, as well as dining and living areas; a more formal living room is situated on the third level.

Reedus is best known for a long stint on AMC’s zombie chronicles The Walking Dead.
